Pakistan has chosen a new team for the next two cricket matches against England. They want to play better after losing the first match.
Some players like Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, and Babar Azam are not in the team anymore. Babar hasn’t been playing well lately, so they decided to give him a break.
Abrar Ahmed is also out because he is sick.
The new players in the team are Haseebullah, Mehran Mumtaz, Kamran Ghulam, Mohammad Ali, and Sajid Khan.
The Pakistan team for the second and third matches is: Shan Masood (captain), Saud Shakeel (vice-captain), Aamer Jamal, Abdullah Shafique, Haseebullah (wicket-keeper), Kamran Ghulam, Mehran Mumtaz, Mir Hamza, Mohammad Ali, Mohammad Huraira, Mohammad Rizwan (wicket-keeper), Noman Ali, Saim Ayub, Sajid Khan, Salman Ali Agha, and Zahid Mehmood.
The second match starts on October 15 in Multan, and the third match starts on October 24 in Rawalpindi.
Aaqib Javed, a new selector, said it was difficult to choose players for these matches. He mentioned they wanted to rest some players and give others a chance to play.
