In a thrilling encounter between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, RCB emerged victorious by 35 runs. Opting to bat first, RCB put up a formidable total of 206/7 in their allotted 20 overs. The batting charge was led by skipper Virat Kohli, who scored 51 runs off 43 balls. Faf du Plessis contributed a quickfire 25 off 12 balls, while Rajat Patidar played a stellar innings, smashing 50 runs off just 20 deliveries. Cameron Green also made a valuable contribution with 37 runs off 20 balls. In response, Sunrisers Hyderabad's chase fell short as they reached only 171/8 in their 20 overs. Despite some individual efforts, including Abhishek Sharma's scored 31 off 13 balls and Shahbaz Ahmed's steady 40 off 37 balls, SRH couldn't muster enough momentum. Travis Head's early dismissal in the first over set the tone for SRH's struggle. The RCB bowling attack proved effective, with Karn Sharma, Swapnil Singh, and Cameron Green each claiming two wickets apiece. For SRH, T Natarajan and Jaydev Unadkat took two and three wickets respectively, but it wasn't enough to halt RCB's march to victory
