Kusal Perera Returns to Sri Lanka's ODI Team; No Place for Shanaka and Chameera

Former captain Dasun Shanaka is not included in either the ODI or T20I teams. Shanaka also missed the recent series against the West Indies. Fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera is still out due to fitness problems. Instead, Dilshan Madushanka and Asitha Fernando will lead the pace attack in the ODI matches. In the T20I team, Nuwan Thushara and Matheesha Pathirana will handle the fast bowling. Captain Charith Asalanka will be a key player in the batting lineup, along with Kusal Mendis, Pathum Nissanka, and Nishan Madushka, who is in good form. Spin bowlers Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana will lead the spin attack.
